Face Mask Friday - Etude House Aloe Moistfull Sheet Mask

Another Friday and another face mask. I decided this weeks face mask needed to be a soothing and hydrating one as I have been using a lot of spot treatments recently to get my skin back to being blemish free which` has left me with a few dry patches.

As you can see my mask of choice this week was a Etude House Aloe Moistfull Sheet Mask. I do find sheet masks are kinder to the skin as you aren't really applying that much product on the skin and you also don't need to rub the skin at all to remove the mask. So when I do want a more gentle mask I always opt for a sheet mask .

The Aloe Moistfull mask is described as being enriched with Baobab Tree extracts and Organic Aloe, this essence mask sheet provides refreshing and comforting hydration to dry, irritated face.

Like other Korean sheet masks I have tried this came as a large sheet of baby wipe like material with cut-outs were needed, soaked in the aloe liquid to make it wet. I decided to apply this to my face as I got in the shower as the instructions suggested to leave it on for 15-20 minutes. Of course this is one of the benefits of a sheet mask as having a shower with a normal mask on would be virtually impossible as the water would make the mask run or wash off. At the end of my shower I took off the mask and washed my face with water to remove any residue.

The mask was definitely refreshing on the skin and as I placed the mask on my face it was very cooling. Once I got out of the shower my face was quite rosy so I couldn't tell much difference in my skin but once it has settled down my skin felt smoother and when applying makeup my skin was without a doubt moisturised with zero dry patches which I was so pleased with.

The Etude House Aloe Moistfull Sheet Mask totally resolved the dry patches of my face, so even though my normally oily/combination skin type wouldn't need this all of the time I would re-purchase this if I ever felt I needed it.

This specific mask cannot be purchase in the UK however Edude House Sheet Masks can be found on eBay.

That sounds so refreshing! I'm loving your blog just recently!
Never even thought about buying a mask one before. Very helpful :)

I really like sheet masks, they are very cooling and moisturising. This one sounds nice. I like the Flower Power Mulberry Brightening Sheet face mask.

That sounds so nice! I have to say though, the masks kind of freak me out...
Nice article. I wanna find out, do you always wash your face after using sheet mask? I think it'll be useless, because the nutrition is wasted, isn't it? Correct me if i'm wrong, really aprreciate your suggestion. :)
great article, been dying to try these! I have seriously dry skin so love that you've reviewed them as providing 'refreshing and comforting hydration'
i love this post! :)ive never heard of these, sound great though i hate it when face masks make your skin really dry and tight!

I would like to see photos of you in the mask.
I've always been a little dubious of the actual 'mask' face masks but I think I'll actually have to try one, one of these days :) xxx
Dear,
korean famous product is very nice and suitable for all skin types.
Masks like a mask that is easier for us, no need to make the dough for us to use as a mask.
More convenient and refreshing face.
warm regards,
